First time visiting?

Where is the Custom Card Cafe Headquarters?

We are proudly located deep in the heart of Texas (Dallas to be more exact).

How long have you been in business?

Our parent company was founded in 1972 focusing in the photo business and has served clients all over the world. We officially launched the Custom Card Cafe brand online in June of 2006.

How do I contact you if I have questions about a card or my order?

Our Customer Service Representatives are available by phone Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm CST by calling us toll free at 1-877-562-CAFE. You can also contact us 24 hours a day at info@customcardcafe.com. We are also available on Twitter and Facebook.

How does the order process work?

We have launched one of the simplest and easiest to use order systems in the world. First you select the category of cards you would prefer. After you browse through the cards which are available you can select that card. Type your information in on the left hand side of the card and press “View Proof” at the bottom. Your proof will be returned for viewing within a few seconds. If everything looks perfect click “Add to Cart”. Now you are ready to place the order. Just select check out and fill out the correct information and your cards will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Proofing

How is the proof produced so I can see?

At Custom Card Cafe we have spent years working on a proprietary system which produces an exact representation of what your card will look like. After you have typed in your information on the left and click “View Proof” the information is sent to our servers where it is all put together and returned to you as a jpg image.

Can I order a printed proof of my card?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer printed proofs.

Ordering

What is the minimum order that I can place?

Most of our cards have a minimum order of 20 currently. Our calling cards currently have a minimum of 24. We are working everyday to find ways to reduce this minimum to assist our clients needs.

Do you offer rush processing?

We believe that every order is a rush and will ship out your cards the next business day from the day it is ordered. See our chart below for further questions.

After I place my order when will it ship?

All orders ship within 24 business hours of being placed with Custom Card Cafe. Because we are located in the center of the nation most orders will arrive via ground shipping within in 3-5 days.

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders ship from Custom Card Cafe within 24 hours.

Do you offer any other shipping methods other than Federal Express?

No, we use FedEx exclusively.

Do you have expedited shipping?

Along with our FedEx Ground service, we currently offer expedited 2nd day shipping and Overnight shipping with FedEx.

Cards

What kind of paper does Custom Card Cafe print on?

Custom Card Cafe prints on only the highest quality paper. Our standard white paper is a premium smooth heavy weight card stock.
